The Mission
Since our launch on May 18th, the WebNotes team has been on a mission; a no sleeping, no eating, death defying mission to find out which of our users had the most broken workflow. Who was still copying and pasting online content into an email? Who was still using Microsoft Word to format all of their important online information??
It turns out that public relations professionals still use an inefficient system when it comes to collecting and distributing information to their clients, and we are dedicated towards fixing it. Here’s how:
Pain Points
To a PR professional, conducting news scans and developing coverage reports are often a tedious and time consuming part of their job.
We’ve seen how many PR firms have tried to do this by hand, and we’ve seen how many have tried to use automated link aggregation services that promise to provide “relevant” results in a daily email, but in actuality still need editing via copy and paste and Word.
Unlike other services that try to automate the collection of links to aggregate into a daily email, we will help you automate the creation of reports, making it easy for you to determine what’s important and instantly send your clients and colleagues relevant information in a professional format. WebNotes is about human intelligence – not artificial intelligence.
But we need your help. We are putting the finishing touches on the product, and want to hear from you. We want to show you a demo, see what you like and what you dislike. We’ve talked to a couple dozen firms already, but we really need the power of the crowds. Want to see what we are building? Contact me and I’ll show you.
