A few weeks ago we concluded our first WebNotes survey since
launching our public Beta. It was a huge success from our perspective, and we'd
like to share some of the more interesting results with you (save the pricing
data…you'll learn more about that later).
- On a scale of 1-5 of how likely you would recommend WebNotes
to a friend (1 meaning you wouldn't wish us upon your worst enemies and 5
meaning that you'd force it onto your friend's computer), you
ranked us a 3.94. You like us…you really like us! - The top 3 tools that people used before WebNotes are: Copy
& Paste into Word or Email, Google Notebook and Evernote. - You like our simple and intuitive UI that allows you to
easily do what used to take several steps - You don't like how the Explorer/Organizer feels a little
heavy and there are some server timeouts from time to time
Feature requests were all over the board, but requests for
multiple highlight colors appeared on numerous surveys. You probably already
noticed that we released this feature a couple of weeks ago and are hard at
work on several other requests. We are also looking into the server timeout
issues and hope to make improvements soon.
