I have send some proposals when filling your review.
I should like to pay attention that when developing the best application we should:
1. Analyze and evaluate Webnotes as a part of larger suite that consists of Webnotes and other applications
2. We should evaluate Webnotes and this suite during FULL period of research (definition of research topics (problems, features etc) - collecting info and snippets - saving them in folders (but we need to solve the question when we want to save in a few folders - one solution is to use tags) - then browse and search collected info - publish selected info - organize and reorganize collected info etc
3. We should differ reasearch when we collect info and use it only once and when we collect more info in different topics and use the collected info and re-use it a few times.
4. When we collect a lot of info it is important to develop semantci model of collectd info. Very intersting application is www.thebrain.com
5. Very nice that Webnotes enables collect info in different languages (I have saved info in Lithuanian, Russian, Ukrainian, Polish and English).
