Interested in putting together a survey like this for your own business? We used a product called Survey Monkey and have found it useful it so far, but there are probably other services out there. They have a free version which will allow you to collect data on up to 100 people, but given that our user base is much larger we had to opt for the paid version. Fortunately the data we've gotten so far has already made it worth it! We'll post about some of the more interesting results after we've tabulated everything.
